JUDGMENT : S.M. SUBRAMANIAM, J. Prayer: Appeal Suit is filed under Order 41 Rule 1 Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 21.12.2018 passed in O.S. No. 319 of 2017 on the file of the III Additional District Judge. 1. The learned counsel for the appellants made a submission that the issues between the parties in the Appeal Suit had already been settled before the Lok Adalat. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. 2. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit in A.S. No. 532 of 2019 stands disposed of. No costs. 3. In view of the settlement between the parties, the Registry, High Court is directed to refund the Court fee to the appellants as per the Rules in force.
