JUDGMENT Ritu Tagore, J. Challenge in the present appeal is to order dated 14.09.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewari (hereinafter to be referred as the 'Family Court'), whereby an application of the appellant-husband filed under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') in case DMC-435-2020 titled 'Sujan Singh Yadav v. Priyanka Yadav and another' for grant of pendente lite maintenance and expenses of proceedings has been dismissed. 2. The facts as gathered from the grounds of appeal and application under Section 24 of the Act attached along with this appeal, inter alia reflects that marriage of the present appellant was solemnized with respondent No.1 on 19.09.2019 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. Appellant, it is pleaded came to know about illicit relations of respondent No.1 with respondent No.2 on which he tried to persuade respondent No.1 to leave the company of respondent No.2; however she refused and instead threatened to commit suicide and falsely implicate him and his family members in some false cases. Appellant claimed that he also received phone calls from different persons claiming their connections with respondent No.1 which caused immense cruelty, harassment and agony to him. Respondent No.1, it is asserted deserted him (appellant) without any reasonable cause which constrained him to file a petition under Section 13 (1) (ia) and (ib) of the Act.
