JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of private opposite party no.7 and files counter upon copy served to Mr. Dora, learned advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner. Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the department and Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate for State. 2. Mr. Acharya points out, petitioner had made representation dated 17th August, 2020 to opposite party no.2. He submits, there be direction upon the authority to hear petitioner and private opposite party no.7 and deal with said representation. 3. Mr. Dora submits, such direction be made. On query from Court, Mr. Das submits, his client be given opportunity to present his case before the Collector. 4. Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 17th August, 2020 made by petitioner. In doing so the authority will give opportunity of hearing to petitioner and private opposite party no.7. Petitioner will communicate this order to opposite party no.2. Result of the communication be made known to petitioner and private opposite party no.7 by six weeks from date of communication. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
