JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Devdas, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and presses for hearing and order. 2. Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) and submits, the writ petition be disposed of with direction to consider petitioners' representation received on 17th October 2022. He submits, opposite party no.2 will duly deal with said representation. 3. On query from Court Mr. Devdas submits, his clients' in their representation had pointed out that the construction was made pursuant to the housing scheme. 4. Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation, received on 17th October, 2022 after giving opportunity of hearing to petitioners or their representative, duly authorized on their behalf. 5. Petitioners will communicate this order and copy of said representation to opposite party no.2. Result of the consideration is to be made known to petitioners within four weeks of communication. 6. The writ petition is disposed of.
