ORDER : Heard Mr. S. Srinivas Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking the following relief : “To issue a Writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents in allowing the encroachers the land situated in Sy No.262/1, admeasuring to an extent of Ac.4-07 gts of land from out of Ac.5.00 gts of Sarapaka Village, Burgampahad Mandal Badradri Kothagudem district, old Khammam District by violating the orders passed by the 3rd Respondent in RC No. A/1548/2016 Dt. 21.12.2016, RC No.2909/ 2008 Dt.21.12.2015, RC No.E3/3134/2014, Dt.30.10.2015 and also insubordination during the pendency of the W.P.No.14066 of 2016 without considering the representation dt. 19.11.2016, 22.11.2016 and 23.11.2016 submitted by the petitioner and also legal notice dt.03.12.2016 as illegal arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th and 5th respondent to protect the land in Sy No.262/1 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.4-07 gts of land from out of 2 Ac.5.00 gts at Sarapaka Village, Burgampahad Mandal Badradri Kothagudem District by taking police protection from the Respondents Nos.6 and 7 till the disposal of the W.P.No.14066 of 2016.” 3. Learned Senior Counsel Mr.S.Srinivas Reddy, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. 4. Bringing the said submission on record, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
