JUDGMENT (Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner''s representation dated 18.11.2021.) 1. The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner''s representation dated 18.11.2021. 2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.J.K.Jeya Selan, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side). By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has lodged an online complaint on 18.11.2021 vide receipt No.1478 of 2021 for missing of his partition cum released deed Document No.997 of 2019 and Inam settlement Document No.665 of 2011. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the concerned police has not received the said complaint so far. 5. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner is ready to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent. 6. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the writ petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and give a fresh complaint and on receipt of the complaint, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non-traceable Certificate to the writ petitioner, after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose following the circular issued by the Director General of Police in Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
