JUDGMENT : Ravi Nath Tilhari, J. This matter has been listed under the caption of “Specially Identified Cases” and pertains to the year 2017. 2. On 21.04.2023, the following order was passed:- “On the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners on the personal ground, post the matter on 28.04.2023 under the same caption.” 3. Today there is no representation. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for “want of prosecution”. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
