JUDGMENT Vipin Sanghi, CJ. - None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out. 2. Counsel for the respondent submits that in terms of order dated 08.09.2017, rendered in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 405 of 2017, the petitioner made his representation dated 19.09.2017, which has been considered, and rejected on 27.08.2019. The rejection order has been tendered by counsel for the respondent, which is taken on record. 3. In the light of the aforesaid, present contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous.
