ORDER : 1. Mr. Pfosekho, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that W.P. (C) No. 81/2023, W.P. (C) No. 83/2023, W.P. (C) No. 84/2023 and W.P. (C) No. 86/2023 which is listed today are all analogous to W.P. (C) No. 82/2023 and W.P. (C) No. 87/2023 and therefore, submits that all these writ petitions may be listed together. 2. Prayer is allowed. 3. List all the writ petitions as analogous matter. 4. The learned Government Advocate seeks for 3(three) weeks time to file affidavit-in-opposition on behalf of the State respondents. 5. None appears for the respondent No. 1, 4 and 5. 6. List it after 3(three) weeks.
