ORDER : When the matter is taken up for hearing on 10.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and this Court to give one opportunity to the petitioner, posted the matter to 11.01.2023. On 11.01.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter is posted to 30.01.2023 under the caption for ‘dismissal’. Today also, there is no representation in morning session and afternoon session in spite of posting the matter under the caption for ‘dismissal’. 2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
