ORDER : 1. Heard Mr. M. Tunar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Takpo Raimuk, and Shri Jerot Mara. Both the petitioners have amicably settled their dispute and they have jointly filed an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with prayer for quashing the FIR dated 16.12.2022 registered as Itanagar P.S Case No. 301/2022, under Section 336 IPC R/w Sections 27 (1) of Arms Act. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Surinder Singh vs. State (Union Territory of Chandigarh) and on the decision of a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Shri Taying Anthony and Another vs. State of Arunachal Pradesh. 3. Heard Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has relied on the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of the State of Madhya Pradesh vs. Laxmi Narayan, 2019 (SC-13). 4. After considering the submissions at the bar, with circumspection, the petition is admitted for hearing. 5. List the matter for hearing after 2(two) weeks.
