ORDER : Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order passed by the XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in R.L.A.T.No.18 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 confirming the order of the XI Small Cause Judge, Chennai dated 04.12.2021 in R.L.T.O.P.No.273 of 2019. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
