JUDGMENT Vipin SanghI, CJ. - Counsel for the respondent has tendered in Court his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. Application MCC No. 01 of 2023 has been filed to seek restoration of the arbitration application, which was dismissed in default on 02.09.2022; and Application I.A. No. 02 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay in moving the first application. 3. Mr. Barthwal submits that the parties did not pursue the present application, since they have already settled their disputes amicably. 4. The said development is taken on record. 5. The applications are disposed of. 6. The Arbitration Application is also disposed of.
