ORDER : 1. The issue which has been raised in the reference to the Constitution Bench in Tej Prakash Pathak Vs. Rajasthan High Court, Civil Appeal No. 2634 of 2013 does not arise in the present case. 2. Hence, the Writ Petition is de-tagged from the batch of matters and shall be placed before an appropriate two-Judge Bench by the Registry at an early date within two weeks.
