JUDGMENT Dr. S.K. Panigrahi, J. - This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 3. In this CRLMP the petitioner being aggrieved by the investigation of the Police, has sought for further investigation in connection with Titilagarh P.S.Case No.309 dated 12.09.2021 corresponding to G.R.Case No.386 of 2021 under Sections 498-A/304-B/302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Titilagarh, Bolangir. 4. In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the offences are cognizable and prima-facie made out, no steps have been taken by the opposite parties against the accused. 5. In such view of the matter, This CRLMP is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the court in seisin over the matter and if fresh application along with certified copy of this order is filed by the petitioner within fifteen days hence, the said court shall consider and dispose of it in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of. 7. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
