JUDGMENT Dr. S.K. Panigrahi, J. - This matter is taken up by hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 3. By way of this petition, the petitioners have sought for direction for expeditious disposal of the criminal proceeding against the opposite party in Criminal Proceeding No.108 of 2015 pending on the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after initiation of the proceedings of the case, the petitioners had appeared before the learned trial court. The evidence of the petitioners were recorded but the opposite party is not co-operating with the trial of the case rather taking unnecessary adjournments by filing petition for adjournment for which the case is pending from the year 2015. 5. Considering the facts and submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes the petition directing the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to dispose of the Criminal Proceeding No.108 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of authenticated/ certified copy of this order by the petitioners. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the CRLMP is accordingly disposed of. 7. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules.
