ORDER : 1. Heard Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned APP has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner in connection with Nilambazar P.S. Case No. 69/2023 under section 448/436/427/34 IPC vide charge-sheet no. 81/2023 dated 21.07.2023. 3. Accordingly, the Court is inclined to close this application by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court and apply for bail.
