ORDER The learned advocate for the petitioners has filed an application being CRAN 4 of 2024 for modification/relaxation of the order dated 08.04.2024. On the earlier occasion the petitioner no.1 was present before the court. However, the petitioner no.2 could not be present due to prior medical commitment. 2. Considering the medical process to be undergone by the petitioner no.2 and his subsequent time for recuperation, today’s date was fixed for his personal appearance. 3. None of the petitioners are present before the court. The opposite party is present before the court. 4. The learned advocate for the petitioners has filed a series of medical documents, which do not reflect that the petitioner no.2 was medically incapacitated to appear before the court on 14th May, 2024 as fixed earlier. 5. Learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) is directed to request the Registrar General, Bombay High Court to intimate the concerned Police Station to produce both the petitioners before the court on the next date of hearing. 6. The Learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) is further directed to request the Registrar General, Bombay High Court to intimate the P. D. Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre to provide a report as to the status of the petitioner no.2 with regard to his personal health if at all obstructed him to appear before the court. 7. Let Registrar General, Bombay High Court is to be further requested to contact the administrative authority of the P. D. Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre to provide an authentic status report of the medical condition of the petitioner no.2 prior to the next date of hearing. 8. The application being CRAN 4 of 2024 is disposed of. 9. Next date be fixed on 22nd May, 2024.
