JUDGMENT : 1. When the matter is listed on today under the caption "for dismissal", Sri B.S.S. Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant represented that the appellant is not in touch with him. 2. Registry issued a notice to the address of the appellant, which was mentioned in the grounds of appeal itself. But, it was returned with an endorsement “no such person residing in the said address”. Therefore, service held sufficient. 3. Hence, this Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. As sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
