ORDER : Parthivjyoti Saikia, J. Heard Mr. A.K. Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 439 of the CrPC praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner Md. Shazarul Islam who has been arrested in connection with Hatigaon P.S. Case No.96/2024, registered under Sections 120(B)/ 279/ 420/ 511/498(A)/489(C) of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Today is the 91st day of detention, yet, no charge sheet has been filed by the police against the present petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner Md. Shazarul Islam is allowed to go on bail of Rs.25,000/-with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. The bail application is disposed of accordingly.
