JUDGMENT : N. NAGARESH, J. 1. The petitioner filed the writ petition seeking to quash Exts.P4, P5 and P6. In the writ petition, the petitioner alleged that in respect of three loans taken by the petitioner's wife and two daughters, property of the petitioner is being proceeded against. The petitioner asserts that the petitioner is not a guarantor and has not in any way created any liability over his personal property. The petitioner would reiterate that he is not a party to the loan transaction. 2. When this writ petition came up for hearing today, Standing Counsel representing the 4 th respondent-Bank submitted that the petitioner's wife and daughters have already cleared all the three loan accounts and liabilities. Therefore, respondents 4 and 5 are not insisting Ext.P4 attachment or for any orders passed pursuant thereto, thereafter. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of setting aside Exts.P4 to P6.
