JUDGMENT : This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 20.04.2017 passed in AS No.92 of 2015 by the learned III Additional District Judge, Guntur, to the extent it went against the appellant setting aside the judgment and decree dated 16.02.2015 in IP No.11 of 2012 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Guntur. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the cause in the Second Appeal does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal shall stand closed.
