JUDGMENT : (Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Prayer: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent to set aside the order passed in W.P.No.27793 of 2013 dated 03.01.2014. Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the appellant would submit that the grievances of the first respondent have already been redressed and allowed to retire from service subject to outcome of the disciplinary proceedings. As far as the 2nd respondent is concerned, he is continuing in service. 2. Therefore, both the learned respective Counsels appearing on behalf of the appellant and the respondents would submit no further consideration is required in the present writ appeal. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
