The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu asked the petitioner to submit all the relevant certificates. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted all the documents on 13.10.2022. 2. The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu has to scrutinise the documents submitted by the petitioner and take a decision to pass final orders. 3. In view of the said progress occurred during the pendency of the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further adjudication is required. Consequently, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
