JUDGMENT : V.G. Arun, J. From the arguments and the pleadings, it is evident that that the disputes projected in this writ petition is essentially civil in nature. Therefore, the petitioner’s remedy is to approach the competent civil court. Needless to say if the dispute gives rise to any law and order situation, the police is bound to interfere and also ensure that the petitioner is not put to any physical harm.
