ORDER Delay condoned. 2. We have heard Mr. Devvart Rana who is the Resolution Professional of the appellant-company who has appeared in- person and learned counsel, Mr. Sunil Mund for the respondent- complainant. 3. By way of a settlement, the respondent-complainant is willing to pay a sum of Rs.40,00,000/-(Rupees Forty Lakhs Only) to the appellant, now represented through the Resolution Professional, towards all her dues to the appellant herein by way of a demand draft. In addition, a sum of Rs.5,86,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs and Eighty Six Thousand only) by way of a separate demand draft shall also be paid to the appellant- company. On encashment of the same, the appellant through the Resolution Professional shall put the respondent in possession of the Flat No. C-2201, 22nd Floor, Tower No. 3(C) in Provence Estate, Sector-3, Gwal Pahari, Faridabad, Gurgaon Road, Gurugram, Haryana, within one week from the encashment. 4. In the event, there is non-compliance of the aforesaid terms by the appellant herein, liberty is reserved to the respondent to move this court by way of an application. Insofar as the claim made by the respondent in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) proceedings, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 5. These appeals are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
