ORDER : S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J. Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to Resolution No.469 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to re-open and pass orders for complaint No.95 of 2022 after affording petitioner an opportunity of hearing in the manner known to law. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the complaint registered against the 3rd respondent in Complaint No.95 of 2022 was dropped by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu on 26.08.2022. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer a Revision Petition under Section 48A of The Advocates Act by following due process. 2. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
