ORDER : S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J. Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in D.C.C.No.173 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021 of the resolution no.169 of 2021 dated 30.07.2021 and quash his resolution passed by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Mr.C.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu would submit that the complaint in D.C.C.No.173 of 2021 has already been transferred to the Bar Council of India for further action on 16.11.2022 under Section 36B of The Advocates Act. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Bar Council of India for the purpose of defending his case. 2. With the above observations, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is also closed.
