JUDGMENT : NEERAJ TIWARI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer: “(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari set aside the impugned order dated 29.03.2023 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 30, Agra in SCC Suit No. 03 of 2020 (Mukund Goyal and another Vs. Smt. Renu Yadav) pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Court No. 30, Agra.” 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since 2020. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Additional District Judge, Court No. 30, Agra to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Additional District Judge, Court No. 30, Agra to decide SCC Suit No. 03 of 2020 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
