JUDGMENT : NINALA JAYASURYA, J. 1. At the time of considering this batch of appeals, it is fairly stated by Smt. A. Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader that the connected batch of appeals arising out of the common order dated 26.08.2011 passed in L.A.O.P. No. 189 of 2008 came up for consideration before a Division Bench of this Court and vide orders dated 05.05.2023 in L.A.A.S. No. 281 of 2012, the said appeal was dismissed. 2. In the light of the submission made and for the reasons alike, all these appeals are dismissed. No costs. 3. As a sequel, all pending applications if any shall stand closed.
