ORDER : 1. The present petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the Respondent No.2 JKEDI to issue appropriate relieving letter to the Petitioner herein recording his employment till 31.01.2023 as also perform all such actions required under law applicable in the case of the Petitioner herein. (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the Respondent No.2 JKEDI to make payment of salary to the Petitioner herein along with an interest of 12% p.a. from 01.04.2020 to 31.01.2023 as he had been rendering his services to Respondent No.2, JKEDI for the said period. (iii) direct the Respondent No.3 UT of Ladakh to make payment of salary to the Petitioner herein for the service rendered by him from 01.02.2023 till date along with interest @ 12% p.a. (iv) to pass such other orders and further orders as may be deemed necessary on the facts and in the circumstances of the case.” 2. On issuance of notice, learned counsel tendered appearance and produced a chart of payment of salary from 01.04.2020 to 30.04.2024. We take the said chart on record. 3. In view of the chart submitted, it is urged that a sum of Rs.53,27,116/-has been transferred in the account of the petitioner and the certificate of relieving has also been issued. 4. In view of the above, substantial relief has been granted, however, taking the statement of respondent on record, we dispose of this writ petition. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire sum has not been paid. However, he is at liberty to submit a representation to the respondents which may be considered and decided in accordance with law. If the petitioner feels any grievance by the decision of the competent authority, he is at liberty to take recourse before the High Court. 6. Ordered accordingly. 7. Pending application(s) including the application for impleadment stand disposed of.
