JUDGMENT : PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri Ramakant Singh, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer: (1) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2, 3 or 4 to ensure and release the all post retiral dues i.e. Gratuity, Provident Fund, Leave Encashment, 3 season’s Over Time work arrear and Dearness Allowance etc., within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon’ble Court. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that while working on the post of D.G. Operator in Kisan Sahkari Chimi Mills Ltd. Ghosi Azamgarh, the petitioner was superannuated on 31.03.2024. It is argued that after his retirement, the post retiral dues have not been paid to him. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned counsel for the respondents that all dues as prayed for in the present petition be paid to him within a period of three months from today. 5. In view of the undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is disposed of. 6. Learned counsel for the respondents are direct to communicate a copy of this order to their respective respondents forthwith.
