JUDGMENT : PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: “i. Issued a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and commanding the respondents to give the benefit of regularization and to give other benefits to the petitioner from the date of 01.04.2011 as other employees regularized by the compliance of the Uttar Pradesh Govt. letter No. 3576/ 86-11-338/2010 dated 01.04.2011 sanctioned the post 104 of group C and 410 post of group D.” 3. Claim of the petitioner is for regularization. Sri Swapnil Kumar, who appears for respondent No. 2, has submitted that petitioner may file a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances before the respondent no. 2. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2-Chief Executive Officer, Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority, Head Office-Kanpur Nagar, to consider and decide the representation, if any, made by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the claim of the petitioner on merits.
