JUDGMENT : S.M. Subramaniam, J. [PRAYER: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent to allow the writ appeal by setting aside the final order passed in W.P.No.34384 of 2014 dated 07.07.2017 as illegal.] When the matter was listed for hearing on 20.06.2024, none appeared on behalf of the appellants. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 24.06.2024 under the caption “For Dismissal”. 2. Even today i.e., on 26.06.2024, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellants. Thus, it is evident that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
