ORDER : Prayer: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw and transfer the above H.M.O.P. No. 136 of 2022 the file of learned Principal Family Court, Madurai, to the learned Sub Court, Kodaikkanal, Dindigul, for proper and speedy adjudication. 1. Today (01.07.2024), when the matter came up before this Court, it is seen that the parties have settled the issue before the Mediation Centre on 21.06.2024. The said Mediation settlement agreement is recorded. Since the parties have agreed to withdraw the H.M.O.P. No. 136 of 2022 itself, under the said settlement agreement and have decided to live together, recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. No costs.
