JUDGMENT : A.V. RAVINDRA BABU, J. 1. Learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo in the Registry stating that he is instructed to withdraw the M.A.C.M.A. 2. Heard both sides. 3. As the appellant wants to not press the M.A.C.M.A, permission is accorded to withdraw the M.A.C.M.A. 4 Under the circumstances, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to send back the trial Court record along with the copy of the order within one week. 5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
