JUDGMENT : PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.60 of 2008, dated 2.4.2009, on the file of 2nd Additional Sub-Court, Nagercoil, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.180 of 2003, dated 8.4.2008, on the file of Ist Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil.
