PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in I.A.No.2080 of 2024 in S.A.No.767 of 2023 dated 04.06.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to de-seal and restore the petitioner's house situated at No.84/1, Ahragaram, Manakkal, Lalgudi, Trichy. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
