JUDGMENT : S. SOUNTHAR, J. Prayer: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree made in A.S. No. 17 of 2008, dated 19.01.2009, on the file of Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S. No. 124 of 2002, dated 20.12.2007, on the file of District Munsif of Sivakasi. 1. The learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo, dated 08.07.2024 stating that the letter sent to the appellants returned with an endorsement “Expired” and their legal representatives have not approached him to file a Legal Representative Petition. 2. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
