Prakasam, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant filed letter before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the appeal along with letter addressed by the appellant. 3. For the reasons stated in the letter submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. 4. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. The interim stay granted if any, shall stand vacated.
