JUDGMENT : Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 & 2 and Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties no.3 & 4. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to create specific window for application to be preferred by petitioner under Rule 8 (2)(d) of the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education (Teachers) (Posting) Rules 2008 in the online transfer system or to entertain the same in offline mode. Further prayer for a direction to be issued to opposite party for taking appropriate measures for transferring petitioner to any school governed by the Basic Education Board in District Gautam Buddha Nagar from Badaun has also been sought. 3. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 4. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to prefer a fresh representation before competent authority with regard to his grievances in an offline mode which shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
