ORDER : Sameer Jain, J. 1. Considering the identical factual narrative the instant petitions were clubbed together for efficacious adjudication and disposal. 2. However, today when the matter is called learned counsel has made twofold submissions. Foremost that there’s an utter urgency in the instant matter due to the cut-off date and latter that the counsel wants to withdraw the instant petition(s) with a liberty to challenge the notification dated 02.09.2024 (Annexure-9) before the Division Bench. 3. Learned AAG, Mr. Gill has made no objections qua the same. 4. Considering the limited prayer, this Court deems it apposite to dismiss (as withdrawn) the instant bunch of petitions along with the afore-stated liberty being granted. It is made clear that no prejudice shall be caused qua the petitioners, due to the said withdrawal. 5. In light of the above-stated, the instant bunch of petition(s) is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. 6. Withal, considering the urgency of the matter and in the interest of justice, Registrar (Judicial) is expected to list the petition so filed, by the petitioners, pronto.
