JUDGMENT : S.M. Subramaniam, J. The learned Senior Counsel Mr. S. Ravi, appearing on behalf of the appellant-Company, would submit that the appellant-Company may be permitted to redress their grievances in the manner known to law by approaching the appropriate Authorities. The learned counsel on record for the appellant made an endorsement to the said effect in the case bundle. Accordingly, the appellant-Company may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant-Company and also the endorsement made in the case bundle, the present Writ Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate Authority or the Forum concerned. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
