Subramaniam, J.) : (Prayer: Review Application filed under Order XLVII, Rule 1 read with Section 114 of Civil Procedure Code, to review the order passed in WP.No.32796 of 2019 dated 27.02.2024.) The grounds for appeal cannot be considered in the review application. The subject property was identified as “Oni” i.e., water course poramboke now. The review petitioner is attempting to submit that it is road poramboke and the petitioner is holding title. 2. Such arguments advanced in review petition is not entitled. The title regarding properties is to be established before the Competent Civil Court of Law. The petitioner has not established any error apparent warranting further interference in the order passed by this Court sought to be reviewed. 3. Thus, the grounds raised would be insufficient to invoke the review jurisdiction and consequently, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
