(Prayer: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, to call for the records comprised in W.P.No.8600 of 2010 seeking to quash the order of the 2nd respondent in his proceeding number No.JIP/Dean/1/2010 dated 01.04.2010 and to set aside the same there by allowing the said writ petition.) When the matter was listed for hearing on 19.07.2024, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list this matter the caption “For Dismissal” on 22.07.2024. 2. Even today i.e., on 29.07.2024, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellant. Thus, it is evident that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
