ORDER : [Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Prayer: Review Application filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Section 114 of Civil Procedure Code, to review the order dated 08.07.2015 in W.A.No.1284 of 2014, dismiss the writ appeal. In respect of the review application, the judgment of the Division Bench sought to be reviewed was taken up by way of an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the issues are already resolved. That being so, no further consideration is required and consequently, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
