[PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to prematurely release the petitioner Mr. Balu @ Dhanapaul S/o. Komarasamy as per the direction of this Court in W.P.No.35932 of 2023 dated 30.04.2024 and in pursuance of representation of petitioner's father dated 14.06.2024.] Mr. Mohamed Saifulla, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1st respondent considered the representation submitted by the petitioner and granted relief. Accordingly, the detenu was released on 10.07.2024. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. 2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
