ORDER : G.NARENDAR, J. Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant. 2. The Appellant before this Court is aggrieved by the order, dated 06.12.2023, of the learned single Judge in Writ Petition No.28881 of 2023, whereby the learned single Judge dismissed the said Writ Petition on the short ground of delay and laches. The suspension period pertains to 30.08.2008 until 25.01.2010. 3. It is not in dispute that the charges framed have not been proved and that the enquiry came to be concluded on the said basis. While so, the suspension period is partly treated as ‘On Duty’. 4. The petitioner seeks to impugn the said order which is of the year ‘2011’. The learned single Judge has observed that the Writ Petition is hit by delay and laches since the Writ Petition is filed belatedly after delay of ‘10’ years. In that view, we are in concurrence with the order of the learned single Judge. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Appeal shall stand closed.
