ORDER : R. Subramanian, J. Learned counsel for the petitioner in both the cases have filed memos stating that the parties have taken back the papers from them even during January 2023 and February 2024. No new counsel had been engaged. Hence, it is clear that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petitions. Hence, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
