Before proceeding further with the case, we would like to peruse the relevant records in original pertaining to FT Case No. 8178/G/16, wherein the learned Member, Foreigners Tribunal No. 1 Goalpara, Assam passed the impugned order /opinion on 15.09.2023, which has been challenged in this writ petition. 3. Call for the records of FT Case No. 8178/G/16 from the Office of the learned Member, Foreigners Tribunal No. 1 Goalpara, Assam. 4. A copy of this order requisitioning the case records and the forwarding letter by which the case records of said FT Case No. 8178/G/16 are sent to this Court be made part of the record file of the Tribunal. 5. This order may be brought to the notice of the Registrar (Judicial) forthwith. 6. Registry shall list this matter for Motion immediately on receipt of the relevant records from the concerned Tribunal. 7. List this matter along with WP(C) No. 746/2024.
